Job summary

MicroSourcing invites you to join as Finance Officer at Clark Freeport Zone in a hybrid, day-shift setup. You will handle AR/AP for the assigned region, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining ledgers, and serving as the first point of contact for billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of all aspects of the accounts receivable function.
• Ensure all invoices and backups are sent or uploaded each week.
• Act as the first point of contact for all billing/invoice queries.
• Facilitate invoice alteration / credit note process.
• Manage client purchase orders.
• Perform daily receipting of customer receipts.
• Manage the set up and maintenance of customers in all systems including credit checks and regular reviews.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices outside of trading terms.
• Ensure customer and vendor ledgers are reconciled and maintained.
• Accurate and timely processing of all aspects of the accounts payable function.
• Ensure all AP invoices are authorized, processed, and paid with trading terms.
• Manage the set up and maintenance of suppliers in all systems including regular review.
• Maintain and update daily cash-flow forecast/s.
• Process bank reconciliations in the finance system.
• Create all payments on the online banking platform ready for authorization where possible.
• Reconcile AP & AR related GL accounts monthly.
• Perform month-end processes as allocated by the Accounts Team Leader or Group Financial Controller.
• Reasonable ad hoc tasks as directed.
