Job summary

MicroSourcing in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines seeks a Finance Officer to handle day-to-day Accounts Payable and follow up on Accounts Receivable. The role supports cash flow, regulatory compliance, and service delivery for the organization.

You will ensure timely supplier payments, reconcile records, and assist with month-end processes. The position is hybrid with day shifts and offers healthcare from day one, plus bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or related field, or pursuing a Bachelor's in a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable accurate and timely.
• Follow up outstanding debtors and manage receivables.
• Assist month-end finance processes and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial records and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
