Job summary

Beauty Elements Ventures Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a diligent Operator to join our production team in a bottling/food manufacturing environment. The role supports filling lines and downstream processes, ensuring GMP compliance and 5S housekeeping, and maintains logs of production parameters and adjustments.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/tech-vocational field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Familiar with manufacturing machines (Filler, Auxiliary, Downstream).
• Knowledge or experience in Bottling/Food manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor analysis and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Fill up hourly monitoring report and daily checklist and submit to production supervisor after each production run.
• Ensure machine responsibility is adequate and proper as per manufacturer's instructions.
• Provide and safeguard information about production runs, including parameters used and adjustments made for lubrication.
• Ensure compliance with quality and productivity programs (GMP and 5S); maintain good housekeeping of plant.
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
