Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing.
• High school graduate; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Experience in food/beverage bottling manufacturing is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting automated machinery and PLC/HMI familiarity.
• Ability to work long shifts, stand for long periods, and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate filling, capping, and inspection machinery to maintain production schedules.
• Routinely check filled bottles for proper fill levels, seal integrity, and codes.
• Calibrate equipment, perform minor repairs, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Perform CIP and COP procedures to sanitize equipment.
• Log production data, volumes, product information, and waste to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to safety rules, GMPs, and wear required PPE.
