Qualifications

• 2 years of solid training experience.
• Sales training experience preferred.
• Strong process orientation and ability to implement structured training methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates on Billease products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Monitor SA performance in the field and tailor training plans to address gaps.
