Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Field Training & Enablement Sub Lead to oversee the nationwide team of Sales Field Trainers, ensuring consistent coaching, certification, and evaluation of Sales Associates across all regions.

You will standardize materials, calibrate trainers, cascade product updates, and build leadership development programs while partnering with Sales, Operations, and Product to drive training effectiveness and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in training with 2+ years in sales training or enablement.
• Experience designing training programs or train-the-trainer curricula.
• Proven ability to lead a distributed field-based team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support Sales Field Trainers nationwide.
• Monitor performance, coverage, and deliverables across regions.
• Conduct coaching, reviews, and field visits to observe training.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of new SFTs.
• Design and maintain SFT Certification Program and calibration sessions.
• Standardize training materials, processes, and reporting across regions.
• Own nationwide cascade for product updates and campaigns.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer and SNAS leadership programs.
• Track coverage, completion, and post-training performance nationwide.
