Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Field Training Specialist to deliver on-site training for Sales Associates across Iligan City and nearby regions. You will coach staff on BillEase products, sales financing processes, and customer engagement strategies, traveling to multiple locations and aligning with company policies.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in sales financing or a related field and prior coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales financing or a related field.
• Prior coaching or field training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery and Support: Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates, focusing on BillEase products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate SA performance in the field, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to streamline and improve field training processes.
• Field Engagement: Conduct 100% fieldwork to observe and support SAs during live customer interactions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage analytical skills to track training outcomes and SA performance metrics.

FIELD WORK: Iligan City, Lanao, Misamis Occidental, Butuan, CARAGA Region

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery and Support:

• Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates, focusing on BillEase products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Ensure all SAs have a thorough understanding of sales financing processes, policies, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance.

Performance Evaluation:

• Monitor and evaluate SA performance in the field, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback and implement tailored training plans to address performance gaps.

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to streamline and improve field training processes.
• Develop training materials, tools, and resources that align with BillEases objectives and values.

Field Engagement:

• Conduct 100% fieldwork to observe and support SAs during live customer interactions.
• Act as a liaison between the SAs and management to address challenges and implement solutions promptly.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Leverage analytical skills to track training outcomes and SA performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in sales financing or a related field.
• Prior coaching or field training experience is strongly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong process orientation with the ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical and evaluation skills to assess SA performance and training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse teams, particularly in their assigned area's local language.

Work Environment:

• Willingness and ability to work 100% in the field, traveling to various locations as required, including weekends and non-standard work hours.
• Flexibility to adapt to different work conditions and team dynamics.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and training.
