Responsibilities

Conduct on-site training sessions for Sales Associates on Billease products and sales techniques.
Ensure SAs understand training materials, policies, and best practices.
Provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
Monitor SA performance and deliver actionable feedback.
Collaborate with leadership to streamline field training processes.
Field-engage 100% of the time and liaise with management on solutions.
Track training outcomes and report findings for continuous improvement.
