• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing or invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, billing records, and collection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform other related accounting tasks as assigned.
