Responsibilities

• Read contracts and identify invoicing criteria.
• Set up project billing in Deltek Vantagepoint per contract terms.
• Prepare and submit invoices electronically to clients and portals.
• Maintain meticulous invoice records and backups.
• Coordinate with AR for invoice-related collection issues.
