Responsibilities

• Promote products, services and systems.
• Develop customer relationships and provide on-site and in-office service to ensure customer base is maintained.
• Provide technical information and on-site technical support for distributor and end users.
• Actively seek and develop new opportunities based on site conditions and customers’ challenges with prompt follow-up on potential opportunities.
• Meet specific targets on specific initiatives as agreed with management.
• Utilize available equipment, literature, and related sales aids in relation to seminars, oral & written presentations, meetings etc. to maximize business exposure.
• Uphold the values of the Sika brand and support brand awareness initiatives.
• Undertake day-to-day activities in a cost-effective manner.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure relationships are maintained and risk/loss to the company is minimized.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep abreast of key developments – apply learnings to enhance account management strategies.
• Stay informed of latest industry development, potential markets, and new products.
• Keep abreast of competitor products and activities and any other construction related changes by reviewing comparative data reports and knowledge of industry changes.
• Maintains professional account and territory management practices: monthly reports, calibration schedules, customer details, project lists, and customer business plans for key accounts.
