Job summary

Sika Schweiz AG in Taguig, Philippines, seeks an experienced Product Lead to drive the product roadmap from market insights to regional guidance. You will coordinate with R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing and Sales to execute plans and improve forecast accuracy.

You will develop product content, train Sales and Marketing teams, and manage inventory, permits, tests, certificates, data sheets and packaging. Technical support will be provided to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmap strategy through market research, customer and industry insights, competition benchmarking and Region guidance.
• Execute product roadmap strategy -through collaboration with R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Lead forecast accuracy target achievement -through collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other involved teams.
• Create product content and literature (printed and digital tools and assets) for Sales and Marketing purposes -through collaboration with Creatives.
• Train and develop Sales and Marketing personnel’s product knowledge, so they become extension of TM on the field.
• Financial Achieve TM’s target sales and material margin Manage inventory and write-offs Administrative Support cyclical price setting actions Manage product permits, tests and certificates, data sheets, packaging, and other related documentations.
• Manage Product Creation Process (PCP) -ensuring SIP, PDS2PIM, SAP, and other related tools are updated.
• Provide technical support for customers and Sika internal teams.
• Perform other product-related functions as may be assigned.
