Job summary

Sika Philippines Inc is seeking a field sales professional to manage and expand accounts in South Luzon, including Laguna and Quezon. The role emphasizes technical selling, product presentations, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet sales targets.

You will monitor credit, manage delivery flow, and ensure inventory levels align with marketing plans while delivering excellent service and negotiating favorable terms with clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil/ Chemical Engineering, Architecture or related 4-year degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction or distribution industry.
• Experience in multinational company is an advantage.
• Experience in SouthLuzon and nearby areas.
• Technical selling experience and driving skills with valid license.
• Strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation.
• Willing to do provincial assignments (Laguna, Quezon).

Responsibilities

• Maintains existing sales accounts and assists in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
• Open and develop new accounts and target markets in assigned territory through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by regular sales calls and timely product delivery.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with distributors and weekly checks with Promo Reps.
• Perform Retail Coverage to gather market info and ensure product availability.
• Analyze market information and prepare sales strategies and forecasts.
• Provide price quotations within approved ranges and monitor credit recommendations.
• Oversee order-to-delivery flow and collection of receivables.
• Monitor inventory and storage of products with distributors and customers.
• Adhere to operating standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
