Job summary

Sika Philippines Inc. is seeking a sales professional to drive growth by developing new accounts through product presentations and seminars, while maintaining existing accounts and supporting forecasts.

The role involves tracking projects, analyzing market information, and crafting strategies and sales plans to meet budgets. Customer satisfaction is central, addressed by proactive calls and timely product provision.

Qualifications

Graduate of any four-year business course or any engineering course.
With at least five years experience in building product sales.
Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills.
Possess strong people skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of market trends and conditions.
Ability to set strategies for introduction of new products.

Responsibilities

Maximize effort in developing new accounts for Sales through product presentations/demonstration and seminar to clients.
Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
Updates with existing and upcoming projects, analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.
Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at right time and quantity by attending customer inquiries/complaints/problems.
