Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to support branch-based hiring.

You will develop sourcing strategies, post jobs on internal and external platforms, and build candidate pipelines through Boolean searches and referrals. You’ll review resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate schedules, and guide hiring managers on evaluation criteria.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for branch roles.
• Create and manage job postings across platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn).
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and guide managers on evaluation criteria.
• Facilitate offers and salary discussions with C&B.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment metrics.
