Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to partner with branch leaders in staffing across the Philippines. You will design sourcing strategies, manage job postings on JobStreet and LinkedIn, and build pipelines through networks and events to fill branch-level roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience with volume hiring or branch-based roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for branch-level roles and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Create and manage job postings across internal and external platforms, including JobStreet and LinkedIn, and build candidate pipelines through Boolean searches, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, guide hiring managers on interview best practices and evaluation criteria, and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders.
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits team to prepare competitive offers, extend job offers, and facilitate salary discussions and negotiations.
• Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate pre-employment requirements, background checks, documentation, and day-one readiness while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, maintain accurate applicant tracking records, and monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and hiring progress.
