Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated Recruiter in the Philippines to support a growing Talent Acquisition team. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers and leaders.

The role requires 1–3 years of recruitment experience, a degree in HR/related fields, and strong stakeholder management. Experience with ATS and platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO/shared services/customer service.
• Experience managing multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for customer service and other roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and hiring challenges.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment reporting, hiring metrics, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities as needed.
• Assist in building talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Ad-hoc tasks as needed
