Job summary

Oxford Instruments Philippines, Manila site, seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and train customers on Nano Analysis systems, with emphasis on Raman Microscopy, AFM, EDS, EBSD and Nanomanipulators in SE Asia. To establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by timely service and professional technical support.

Qualifications

• Material Science or Engineering degree required.
• Experience with Raman Microscopy, AFM, SEM, EDS, EBSD.
• Strong customer-facing and field service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and ensure proper operation of assigned systems.
• Provide on-site training on operation and maintenance provisions.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems while meeting performance specs.
• Submit field service reports documenting issues and resolutions.
• Support sales with maintenance contracts and service products.
• Maintain safety and compliance in all activities.
