Job summary

DKSH Group in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, LC-MS).

You will work directly with customers, perform IQ/OQ, preventive maintenance, and provide basic user training, ensuring instruments operate reliably and safely in pharma, food & beverage, chemicals, and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum education in electronics/instrumentation or applied sciences.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify analytical instruments on-site (IQ/OQ).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose issues, and replace components.
• Provide basic user training and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service logs and comply with GMP/ISO standards.
