Job summary
DKSH Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and LC-MS. You will be the frontline technical contact for customers, ensuring optimal system performance and compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards.
The role requires hands-on skills, strong communication, and the ability to travel across Luzon. A diploma or degree in Electronics/Instrumentation or Analytical Sciences is preferred, with
Qualifications
- Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Applied Sciences.
- Preferred: Bachelor's in Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Physics; certifications in calibration, ISO or safety are assets.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission analytical instruments on-site.
- Perform IQ/OQ verification per regulatory requirements.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose hardware/software issues.
- Offer technical support and basic user training to customers.
- Maintain service logs, calibration certificates, and reports.
- Collaborate with support, sales, and product teams.
