Job summary

DKSH Philippines is seeking a Service Engineer to install, calibrate and maintain analytical instrumentation in customer sites across Luzon. You will perform IQ/OQ protocols, provide user training, and ensure compliance with GMP/ISO standards while collaborating with the field service team.

Ideal candidates combine hands-on technical skills with strong communication, time management, and a customer‑facing mindset. Travel across Luzon is expected as part of field assignments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Preferred: analytical chemistry, biotechnology, or physics background for complex instruments.
• Certifications in calibration or safety are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify analytical instruments on-site, verifying IQ/OQ compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Provide basic user training and handover to customers.
• Maintain service logs, calibration certificates, and compliance docs.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and QA teams for seamless service.
