Job summary

Pro Maintech Consultancy, Inc. is seeking an experienced field service engineer in Metro Manila to install, configure, test, and commission equipment at customer sites.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance and diagnose malfunctions to provide effective solutions. You will train customers on operation and safety, prepare service reports, manage spare parts, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Technical Support to meet customer requirements and schedules while upholding

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on company products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide effective solutions.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and technical issues.
• Conduct equipment inspections and recommend repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation after every service visit.
• Train customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and safety procedures of equipment.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, and Technical Support teams regarding customer requirements and service schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and recommend stock replenishment when necessary.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or manufacturers when required.
• Provide technical support during product demonstrations, installations, and warranty services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional and timely service.
