Job summary

Billease is seeking a Training Delivery Specialist to equip Sales Assistants with financing processes, policies, and best practices. The role focuses on training delivery and rapid knowledge transfer in the field.

You will evaluate performance, develop materials, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to implement continual improvements. Strong communication and local-language engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales financing or related field.
• Prior coaching or field training experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong process orientation and ability to implement structured training methodologies.
• Analytical and evaluative skills to assess training impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Training delivery and support for Sales Assistants on financing processes and policies.
• Monitor SA performance in the field and identify improvement areas.
• Develop training materials and resources aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate field engagement between SAs and management to address challenges.
• Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and recommendations.
