Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; undergraduates with 2 years of supervisory experience may qualify.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or related field.

• Relationship-builder able to influence, work independently or in teams, and adapt under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand the network.

• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development for dealer success.
