Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor based in Davao City to lead the district’s sales efforts and achieve the set targets.

The role focuses on expanding the active buying accounts and promoting a balanced product mix across manufactured and distributed lines. The ideal candidate will have strong sales management skills, an existing network in General Trade (hardware stores), and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships through effective field sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in Sales.
• Experience in construction-related products or FMCG is an advantage.
• Established network of clients in General Trade, particularly hardware stores is an advantage.
• Knowledge of handling existing accounts and developing/opening new accounts.
• Strong understanding of sales management and territory development.
• Articulate on explaining sales strategies and management approaches.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of the assigned district sales target.
• Expand the territory by increasing active buying accounts.
• Drive product-mix selling of manufactured and distributed products.
• Focus on sales management, account development, and building long-term customer relationships through professional sales techniques.
