Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor in Davao City responsible for achieving district sales targets and expanding the customer base through effective field selling techniques.

The role requires strong supervisory experience and the ability to manage accounts in hardware and related sectors. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, driving skills (auto and manual), and willingness to work full-time in the field, with a proven track record in sales leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Selling experience in construction or FMCG is an advantage.
• Wide client base in general trade (hardware stores) is an advantage.
• Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts.
• Willing to do full-time field work and can drive (automatic and manual).
• At least two (2) years supervisory experience in Sales.
• Must be Davao city-based.
