Job summary

Neltex Development Co. Inc. in Davao City seeks an Area Sales Supervisor to drive sales targets, grow the customer base, and expand product penetration through proactive fieldwork.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least two years in Field Sales, and a proven ability to manage accounts and develop new customers. Familiarity with General Trade/Hardware accounts is a plus, and you must be based in Davao City and comfortable driving both manual and automatic vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Field Sales.
• Experience in construction-related products or FMCG is an advantage.
• Existing network of General Trade/Hardware accounts is an advantage.
• Must be Davao City-based.
• Willing to perform 100% fieldwork.
• Must know how to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts and develop new customers.
• Strong sales management and customer relationship skills.
