Regeneron Spain S.L.U. is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Immunology team, supporting our Spanish Respiratory business in a field-based role.

You will drive commercial performance across your territory through strategic account management, customer engagement, and execution of sales and marketing plans in collaboration with medical colleagues. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience, a life sciences degree, and a proven ability to develop territory plans,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
• 5+ years of sales experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record to manage territories and key accounts.
• Experience communicating scientific and commercial messages to healthcare professionals.
• Experience utilizing multiple customer engagement channels (face-to-face, remote calls, approved emails, digital platforms).

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with key healthcare professionals and communicate the value of our portfolio.
• Execute brand strategy within the territory through high-quality scientific and commercial interactions.
• Design and implement territory plans aligned with national strategy using data and market insights.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders to maximize impact and patient access.
• Collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams to implement regional initiatives and programs.
• Utilize in-person and digital channels to optimize customer engagement and brand presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and share insights with the organization.
