Job summary

You will drive commercial performance by managing key accounts, engaging healthcare professionals, and executing the territory plan aligned with national strategy. You will collaborate with medical and cross-functional partners, using both in-person and digital channels to maximize patient access and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology.
• 5+ years of sales experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to manage territories, key accounts, and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with healthcare professionals to communicate the value of our portfolio.
• Execute the brand strategy within the territory through high-quality scientific and commercial interactions.
• Design and implement territory plans aligned with national strategy using data and market insights.
• Identify, segment, and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders to maximize impact and patient access.
• Collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams to implement regional initiatives and programs.
• Utilize in-person and digital channels to optimize customer engagement and brand presence.
