Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. (FELCO) invites a Field Sales Representative based in Tangub to cover Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur. You will build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

The role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure coverage, meet sales targets, develop new accounts, plan and execute prospecting, merchandising, and promotions, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding FELCO’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably field-based in FMCG or related industries.
• Willing to cover the Tangub, Pagadian, Zamboanga del Sur territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and collection targets through field selling and client negotiations.
• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential.
• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to cover the above mentioned area.
