Job summary

FELCO is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Zamboanga Peninsula. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective account management. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years of sales experience preferred and a valid motorcycle license being an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course.
• Open to fresh graduates with 1–2 years of sales experience; motorcycle license is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned across Zamboanga Peninsula.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new accounts and reactivate inactive clients to grow territory reach
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for sustained growth
• Manage territory coverage, merchandising, and promotions
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely collections, and credit compliance

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
