FELCO is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Paranaque, Las Piñas, and Muntinlupa. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands and frequently travel within the territory.

Responsibilities include driving sales targets, developing new accounts, planning coverage, and maintaining documentation. The role emphasizes customer relations and representing FELCO’s values in the market.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably field sales, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management, lead generation, and territory coverage.

Take ownership of a growing territory across Paranaque, Las Pinas, and Muntinlupa. As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Drive sales and collection targets through strong field selling and client negotiations

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
