Job summary

Link Business Process Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Merchant Acquisition Specialist to establish and manage the merchant acquisition business in an assigned area and to develop and monitor the business contribution of handled merchants.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in merchant acquisition or related field, is familiar with fintech and digital industry, can build strong relationships with merchant partners, and is highly motivated with good communication and multi-tasking

• Responsible for establishing and managing the merchant acquisition business in an assigned area

• Will develop and monitor business contribution of handled merchants

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquiring various offline/online merchants include reaching out to them, understanding their needs and finding a place for them in our industry where we can have a win-win solution among merchants, customers and the company.

• Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach and turn them into long term partnership.

• Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list.

• Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.

• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• College Graduate

• At least two (2) years experience in merchant acquisition, sales or related field is a plus

• Familiar with fintech and digital industry

• Able to develop strong relationship with the merchant partners

• Highly motivated and target-driven individual

• Good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
