Grand Nourriture International is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Market Development Specialist to help expand our market presence within the Gen and Modern Trade and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) sectors. This role is essential in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and executing effective business strategies from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the Gen and Modern and HORECA industries.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records using CRM tools.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent post-sales service and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.

Qualifications:
