The role includes coordinating product demonstrations, trainings, and cross-department programs, with a focus on improving performance metrics and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the assigned sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Oversee sales area operations for efficiency and effectiveness
• Foster a positive team environment and strong working relationships
• Share information, strategies, and market trends in sales meetings to grow sales
• Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality of information
• Coordinate and provide product training, demonstrations, and trainings
• Engage with customers through visits, new and reactivated accounts, and introduction of new products
• Plan and participate in customer programs and activities with other departments
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvements
• Attend company activities and trainings at head office when required

Job description

I. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

• Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.
• Oversee sales area operations to ensure efficiency and effectively.
• Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.
• Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.
• Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.
• Ensures that all known company’s information is kept confidential.

II. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Manage and motivate the assigned sales professional (ADM) in order to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• 2. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
• 3. Customer visits, New and reactivated customers, increase product lines, product demonstration and trainings, introduction of new products, conduct customer business reviews.
• 4. Provide product training, demonstration, and presentations.
• 5. Coordinate needed customer programs and activities to different departments

Sales Productivity

• 1. Deal with customers' complaints
• 2. Excellent communication and coordination with different clients and/or customers
• 3. Providing resolution and good approach to customers and clients

Customer Service Delivery

• A. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
• B. Provide individual’s team KRA’s and KPI’s and conduct evaluation though performance appraisal on a quarterly basis.
• C. Ensure the team’s achievement plan by increasing productivity, orders per day, product lines, new and reactivated customers, introduction of new products, collection, and remittances.
• D. Attend company activities, programs, events, and meetings in head office on a monthly basis
• E. Attend actual and on-line product trainings
