Job summary

Wuerth Philippines, Inc. is seeking a motivated field sales associate to drive growth in NCR and surrounding areas. You will lead and support a sales team, perform customer visits, introduce new products, and conduct product demonstrations and trainings to boost product lines and revenue.

Expect a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm with occasional Saturday extensions as needed, reporting to the Area Sales Manager. Exceptional performers may fast-track to full-time roles within the company.

• Achieve sales productivity: Customer visits, New and reactivated customers, increase product lines, product demonstrations and training, introduction of new products, and conduct customer business reviews.
• Provide product training, demonstration, and presentations.
• Deal with customers' complaints
• Cash remittance and sales collection responsibilities

Job description

I. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

• Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.
• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.
• Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.
• Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.
• Ensures that all known company’s known information is kept confidential.
• Saturation of the assigned areas for new/reactivate customers

II. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
