Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a sales leader in Metro Manila to guide and supervise a team toward monthly targets. You will oversee operations, nurture a positive team atmosphere, and contribute market insights during sales meetings. Confidential handling of company information is required.

Growth opportunities include fast-track progression to join the Wuerth sales team full-time. Standard fieldwork runs Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, with Saturday extensions if targets are not met.

Job description

I. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

• Guiding and leading the team to achieve and exceed expectations in the monthly target commitments set by the management.
• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and nurture a positive working environment and relationship with the team.
• Contributes information, strategies, and market trends during sales meetings that are beneficial to the sales growth of the company.
• Complies with all the Policies and Procedures of Wurth Philippines Inc./Wurth Group.
• Ensures that all known company’s known information is kept confidential.
• Saturation of the assigned areas

II. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales penetration and area saturation
• Achieve sales productivity: Customer visits, New and reactivated customers, increase product lines, product demonstrations and training, introduction of new products, and conduct customer business reviews.
• Provide product training, demonstration, and presentations.
• Deal with customers' complaints
• Cash remittance and sales collection responsibilities

Fieldwork Task
Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm reporting to your respective Area Sales Manager in region you belong. Saturday work extension if sales does not meet.
