Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing Manila territory and build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

The role requires frequent multi-day trips to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective relationship management, with responsibilities spanning sales targets, new account development, territory planning, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management, lead generation, and territory coverage.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related course
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, FMCG, or related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage
