Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Paranaque, Las Pinas, and Muntinlupa.

You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands. The role requires frequent multi-day trips to cover the territory and manage client relationships, with responsibilities including achieving sales and collections targets, developing accounts, and planning coverage and promotions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales or FMCG.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management, lead generation and territory coverage.
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.

Take ownership of a growing territory across Paranaque, Las Pinas, and Muntinlupa. As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related course
