Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing North Luzon territory, covering Abra, Ilocos Sur, and La Union.

You will build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands while traveling on multi-day trips to ensure market coverage. Responsibilities include meeting sales and collection targets through field selling, developing new accounts, and planning coverage, promotions, and merchandising activities.

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably field-based in FMCG or related industries.

Job description

Take ownership of a growing territory across Region 1:

• Abra, Ilocos Sur, La Union

As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Meet sales and collection targets through effective field selling and client negotiations

• Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential

• Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities

• Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property

• Build long-term customer relationships and promote FELCO's values and solutions

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage

• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset

• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon.
