Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a growing territory across Region 1, including Abra, Ilocos Sur, and La Union. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure coverage and active client management. You will develop new accounts, meet sales targets, and promote FELCO's values and solutions through hands-on field

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably field-based in FMCG
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management, lead generation, and territory coverage

• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon

Take ownership of a growing territory across Region 1:

• Abra, Ilocos Sur, La Union

As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset
• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon.
