Job summary

FELCO is hiring a Field Sales Representative to cover Region 1 in North Luzon, including Abra, Ilocos Sur and La Union. You'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips and active prospecting to ensure comprehensive coverage and strong client relationship management. You will document activities, manage tools, and represent FELCO with integrity.

• Abra, Ilocos Sur, La Union

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering


• At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in field-based roles and from FMCG and related industries


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage


• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset


• Willing to be assigned in areas in North Luzon.
