Davis Enterprise OPC is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic hardware and construction sales team. Based in Batangas Calabarzon, this full‑time role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through value‑driven solutions.

You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or business development, strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Willingness to travel within the Batangas Calabarzon region as required.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities.
• Presenting the company's products and services effectively to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition.
• Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

About the role
