Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our Cavite Calabarzon team on a full-time basis.

You will identify prospects, demonstrate products, and manage key accounts while negotiating terms and building lasting relationships with clients.

Fluent English and Filipino, plus a relevant degree, are preferred as you drive revenue growth and collaboration with marketing and support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or account management in B2B.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Self-motivated with track record of meeting targets.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and account management.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Filipino; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers within Cavite Calabarzon.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close profitable deals.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, proposals, and account information.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking to generate leads.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
