Job summary

Ideal Home Design International Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative (B2B) to cover Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

The role involves driving sales across assigned areas, building strong client relationships, and promoting products through social media and in-person engagements. The candidate should have 1+ year in B2B selling, a valid driver's license (motorcycle preferred), and readiness to travel and work field activities.

Qualifications

• College level or at least High School Graduate / Senior high graduate.
• At least 1-year experience in B2B selling, specializing in FMCG, furniture, construction, or equivalent.
• With a driver's license
• Preferably willing to use a motorcycle
• Willing to travel and do field activities
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to communicate and promote products to customers

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Meet monthly personal sales targets.
• Attend meetings, biddings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
• Active posting of campaigns through different social media platforms to promote and acquire leads.
• Submission of Daily and Monthly Report (Daily Cash in Report).
• Assist customers from ordering to collection and answer queries on credit terms, prices, availability of stocks, and other related inquiries.
• Cultivate new leads and maintain client database within your assigned territory.

Assigned areas

• Metro Manila - South Area (Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Taguig
• South Area Provincial - Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Rizal, etc...)
• Use of various sales methods (Socmed, door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
• Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to evaluate customers skills and needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships.
• Cultivate new leads and maintain client database within your assigned territory.
• Meet monthly personal sales targets.
• Attend meetings, biddings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
• Active posting of campaigns through different social media platforms to promote and acquire leads.
• Submission of Daily and Monthly Report (Daily Cash in Report)
• Assist customers from ordering to collection and answer queries on credit terms, prices, availability of stocks, and other related inquiries.
• Any other related task assigned by the Management.
