Job summary

Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by building and leading a sales team, recruiting and training agents, and ensuring targets are met across the assigned area.

The role involves finding new clients, guiding loan applications to release, and maintaining strong client relationships while promoting loan products and services. It requires field-based work and regular reporting to the company.

Qualifications

• Solid field sales experience, preferably in direct selling or the financing industry.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Find new clients through field marketing, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Assist clients from loan application to loan release.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Visit clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote the company's loan products and services.
• Meet monthly sales and loan targets.
• Coordinate client concerns with the appropriate departments.
• Prepare and submit sales and activity reports.
• Onboarding of sales agents to increase sales production in the whole covered areas.
