Job summary

Golden Legacy Financing Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Sales Officer to drive revenue growth by building and leading a field sales team. You will recruit, train, and deploy agents to hit monthly targets in the Capiz–Roxas area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably handling loan or financing products.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in managing agents or sales teams is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in the field and engage with clients directly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field selling of loan products to prospective clients.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales agents to expand reach and performance.
• Perform field saturation activities to identify new customers and market opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure continued satisfaction.
• Monitor and guide sales agents to meet individual and team targets.
• Support the company in achieving monthly and overall sales goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
