Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to drive growth in the financing products market. You will meet and exceed sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and partners, and represent the company at field events to expand market presence.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales or business development experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business-related field.
• 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in financing or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and partners.
• Generate leads through field activities and referrals.
• Present financing products and explain application and approval process.
• Conduct field marketing and promotional activities to expand market reach.
• Visit clients regularly to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and sales documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
