Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer in the Philippines to generate Salary Loan accounts and drive sales quotas. You will engage with institutions, HR heads, and payroll contacts to establish partnerships and process loans efficiently.

The role requires a four- or five-year degree, strong selling and customer service skills, and basic math. Familiarity with MS Office and fieldwork in salary loans are advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential institutions for Salary Loan products.
• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quotas.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with Head of Institutions, Department Heads, HR Heads, Payroll In-charge and other key personnel.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external clients and liaise with other units to resolve issues.
• Review and update customer loan files and loan agreements for credit processing and booking.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities to achieve volume targets.

Job Summary

The Account Officer is responsible for generating quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Institutions that can be accommodated and offered with our Salary Loan Product
• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with the Head of the Institutions, Department Heads, HR Head, Payroll In-charge and other key personnel
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues
• Review and update customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan booking
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities that will achieve volume targets

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Must have basic mathematical knowledge.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• With fieldwork and sales experience on Salary Loans, an advantage.
