Job summary

BDO Network Bank in Dipolog is seeking an Account Officer for Salary Loans Group to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and excellent customer service.

You will generate Salary Loan accounts, build relationships with DepEd principals, teachers and employees, identify clients for production related activities, and address inquiries by coordinating with other units to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or graduate of any 4- or 5-year degree.
• Direct sales and marketing experience with strategic selling and negotiation.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Familiar with Salary Loan products.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met.
• Establish and maintain good business relationships with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees.
• Identify potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
